BRIDGE THE GAP - GAINSAYER
Gainsayer is the
powerful sophomore full-length album from melodic punk rockers Bridge
The Gap, featuring 14 songs produced by Bill Stevenson, mixed and
mastered by Jason Livermore, and recorded at The Blasting Room in Fort
Collins, Colorado. Gainsayer includes the singles "In The Throes",
"Brothers", "Dustbin", and "Broken Language" (which features
unpublished lyrics by the late Jim Cherry of Strung Out, Pulley, and
Zero Down fame). "On 'Gainsayer', Bridge The Gap specifically chose a
14-song collection that best featured some compelling melodic roots
vocally," explains lead vocalist/guitarist Chad Jensen. "The priority
was solid, catchy melodies, and then the band built on it from there.
Make no mistake, 'Gainsayer' features plenty of killer riffs, melodic,
ripping solos, powerful, nuanced drumming, and bass lines galore. But
the foundation of this record is the strength of the vocal melodies and
the songs themselves. As a band, Bridge The Gap came out of its second
trip to The Blasting Room flying high and champing at the bit to share
'Gainsayer' with the world." Gainsayer is being jointly released by
Double Helix Records (USA), SBAM Records (EU), and Pee Records
(AUS/NZ/JPN). The limited edition Walking Wounded Red Splatter variant

BRIDGE THE GAP - SECRET KOMBINATIONS (RED)
Bridge The Gap is a
collection of four friends who toured hard and released music together
in the '90s and early '00s. After putting down their instruments for a
time to start families, the dudes reorganized as a new band with a
fresh creative perspective and a burning passion to share their brand
of skate-punk with the world. Many of the political/societal themes on
the record were the result of 2020 and how the pandemic changed the
world. Several of the songs were written in 2020 and 2021. But most of
the tunes existed for years prior to production of the album in 2022,
two of which were 20 years old but unpublished before appearing on
ecret Kombinations'. "We're proud as hell of ecret Kombinations',"
reflects vocalist/guitarist Chad Jensen. "It took Bridge The Gap from a
bedroom project to a full-fledged band again, thanks to how The
Blasting Room put its stamp on the music and how hard we worked in the
studio. After we got the mixes back, there was no doubt: Bridge The Gap
had to be an active band. We had to support the music, play live, and
give the record the respect it deserves. Along the way, we were stunned
at the reactions ecret Kombinations' got. And all of the great
reviews. ecret Kombinations' has a considerable fan base now. It only
made us want to go back to the studio and get busy on Album 2." With
ecret Kombinations', Bridge The Gap plants its skate-punk flag with 13
anthems produced by Bill Stevenson, mixed and mastered by Jason

CHAD PRICE PEACE COALITION - A PERFECT PEARL
A Perfect Pearl is
the debut album from Chad Price Peace Coalition, a full-band affair
fronted by the legendary Chad Price (ALL, Drag the River, A Vulture
Wake). The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered at The Blasting Room
in Fort Collins, Colorado. In 1993, Chad Price stumbled into the
ultimate rock and roll fantasy when his favorite band, Los Angeles punk
stalwarts ALL, tapped him as its third singer. Price contributed 90s
heft to the rejuvenated band's already-storied catalog and quickly
ingratiated himself with their fiercely loyal fanbase and sharpened his
songwriting chops. As Price managed to keep up with ALL's breakneck
schedule, he was beginning to open up new musical veins that
unmistakably skewed toward traditional folk and Americana with his band
Drag the River through seven albums over 13 years. Ever the king of
overlapping, cross-pollinating projects, Price countered Drag the
River's guttered heartland rock by continuing to push himself in two
directions at once. His solo work plays like a bruised morning after a
rowdy Drag the River show, and his band A Vulture Wake is a truly
unexpected detour into prog-metal. All those miles and artistic
transformations have now led to the welcome arrival of a new project -
Chad Price Peace Coalition and the album A Perfect Pearl. Price unpacks
the group's origin story: "A year or so ago I did a show singing with
an ALL cover band. I really liked the guys and we bonded over our love
of prog-rock. The idea of expanding the sound started influencing my
writing." Cory West (drums, lead guitar, and keys) and Anthony Medici
(bass, lead guitar, and vocals) were the perfect partners in fleshing
out Chad's latest ten songs. While A Perfect Pearl certainly delivers
Price's signature rough-hewn vulnerability, the limber trio format
kicks up some sublime musical moments that, yes, feel distinctly
inspired by prog giants like Jethro Tull and Yes. Chad Price Peace
Coalition's A Perfect Pearl is a distinctly compelling listen, and like
the best rock albums, it provokes and ultimately rewards an attentive

The quartet holed up in Christopher's basement and began assembling the
dozen songs that make up their fifth album, 'Gets Old', their first
since 2001. Though the bands lineup has changed over the years, the

act, balancing the snarky and the sincere, the melodic and the
muscular. The album is littered with the bands trademark pop culture
references and features songs about music festival bros ("Festival

The debut
full-length album from Los Angeles and New York City-based NEAR BEER.
Their old guitarist forced them to be called NEAR BEER. He thought it a
proper slacker dad rock band name. He was the only dad. And left to do

Originally released
on Grass Records in 1995, Pollen's second full-length album, Crescent,
is finally making its debut on vinyl, out via Double Helix Records,
which is distributing the record. Produced by Stephen Egerton (ALL,
DESCENDENTS, FLAG) and Bob Hoag (THE FORMAT, DEAR AND THE HEADLIGHTS,
THE ATARIS), the original CD sounded fairly lo-fi, thanks to a
mastering
mistake. Jason Livermore (DESCENDENTS, PROPAGANDHI, NOFX, HOT WATER
MUSIC, THE BLASTING ROOM) and Bob Hoag have meticulously remastered
Crescent from the original mixes, finally bringing some
never-before-heard clarity, power, and fidelity to this little-heard

'A Company Sleeve'
is the sophomore album from Los Angeles-based indie rock band The
Pretty Flowers. The Big Takeover said of The Pretty Flowers, "These Los
Angeles hard power-poppers... play '90s style indie-rock that harkens
back to later Replacements, early Weezer, a little Sloan, and quite a
bit of Wilco. They have the chops to write great songs." The album
features 12 tracks that showcase the band's loud guitar indie and

'Were Gonna Be Okay is the nostalgic and guest star-studded new
full-length album from Thomas Nicholas Band. Thomas Nicholas Band is
fronted by longtime musician Thomas Ian Nicholas, who is perhaps best
known for playing protagonist Kevin Myers in the American Pie franchise
and beloved Henry Rowengartner in the 1993 classic Rookie of the Year.

TISBURYS, THE - A STILL LIFE REVISITED
"Do you remember my
name?" asks songwriter Tyler Asay on "The Anniversaries", the first
single from The Tisburys' new album, A Still Life Revisited. Recorded
at Dr. Dog's Mt. Slippery studio in the suburbs of Philadelphia with
their longtime engineer/producer Justin Nazario, A Still Life Revisited
is The Tisburys' most collaborative effort to date. In an era where
"bands" are seen as one individual, this is truly a "band record" with
every member contributing songwriting and production ideas (especially
from longtime lead guitarist John Domenico and keyboardist/co-producer
