Side One showcases the band's sets for German music television programme Musikladen, recorded in Bremen, on 13 September 1978, and for the BBC's The Old Grey Whistle Test, recorded in London, on 19 September 1978. Side Two captures the Ramones' incendiary gig at New York City's legendary GBGB, on 15 May 1976. Here, the New York punk icons rip through classics such as Rockaway Beach, Teenage Lobotomy, Blitzkrieg Pop, Sheena Is a Punk Rocker, Swallow My Pride, Judy Is a Punk and many more.
